Gregory Hauke Prevents Family Members From Seeing Helen Hauke

In the case of Helen Pecci Hauke, after her husbands death in October 2011, her son Gregory Hauke took it upon himself to  keep other family members from visiting her.  All against the wishes of Helen Hauke.

Gregory Hauke made his mother unavailable for other family members to see for Thanksgiving and Christmas, 2011, even though other family members had made prior confirmed arrangements with Helen to take her to family celebrations.  On both holidays when other family members went to pick up Helen at her home at the scheduled time , Helen was gone with no information as to to where she was taken.  Numerous phone calls to Gregory Hauke resulted in no answers and voice mail only.

As a result other family members were denied spending these holidays with their mother, sister, grand mother and great grand mother. All these family members had Christmas presents for Helen and after Christmas kept trying to get to see Helen.  Phone calls to Helen’s house resulted in the phone being hung up , and or just off the hook for hours.

Finally, on December 28, 2011 Helen was able to get a phone call from one of her other sons. This was only after he called the cell phone number of the live aid from Home Care Assistance , Red Bank, NJ and complained that the phone was off the hook for hours and that she should hang it back up. In that call Helen complained of how badly she was being treated by Gregory Hauke and requested that her other son come to the house that day. Her other son agreed and set up a time and told Helen that he had Christmas presents from himself and other family members.  She was anxious to see her son and get the Christmas presents.  She also wanted to have her other son rectify some of the horrors and mistreatment she was enduring at the hands of her son Gregory Hauke and a live in care giver from Home Care Assistance in Red Bank, NJ.

When her other son arrived at Helen’s house at the scheduled time he was met by Gregory Hauke pacing with a stick in front of Helen’s house.  In the ensuing conversation between Gregory Hauke and the other son it became apparent that Gregory Hauke was there to prevent the other son from seeing Helen Hauke for no reason and at any cost. He resorted to physically preventing the other son from exiting his vehicle and from getting to the house. Gregory Hauke was making threats against the invited brother, using vulgar and course language, and causing the other brother to be in fear for his safety.  The other brother left without seeing his mother much to the sadness of the mother Helen Hauke.

This incident was secretly recorded by the other brother and is available below.  From the conversation it becomes apparent that Helen Hauke’s private conversations were being listened to and/or recorded and that Gregory Hauke had either listened into the live call or to a recording.  It also became apparent that the home health care aid from Home Care Assistance in Red Bank, NJ, working for Michael Fliegler a friend of Gregory Hauke, participated in this activity as well.

The incident can be listened to by clicking below, however we must caution that it is full of vulgarities and racially derogatory words.  Access the recording by clicking here: GregoryHaukePreventingVisitorsTo His Mom

The Estate Of Helen Pecci Hauke

The Estate Of Helen P Hauke

One of the most abusive cases that have come to our attention is the case of Helen Pecci Hauke.  Helen Pecci Hauke and her husband Rudolph B Hauke worked hard so as to have a safe and secure retirement.  They were married for sixty five years (65) and had four sons , numerous grandchildren and many more great grandchildren.  Rudolph lived to age 90 and Helen to age 88.

Their estate planning provided for the surviving spouse if one should die.  Their estates were set up to avoid probate, avoid any incapacitation actions(if one should become incapacitated at a later date) ,  reduce taxes, etc.  No doubt they both thought that they had everything covered.  The surviving spouse , if one died, was to be the executor(ix) and trustee of the others estate.  The surviving spouse would be taken care of as per the wishes of both spouses.

All was well until Rudolph died on Oct. 10, 2011.  At that time Helen became the executrix and trustee as per Rudolph’s wishes.  Helen wanted to proceed in this manner.  But after having met with the attorney who first drew the papers for herself and her husband, and not wanting him to proceed on her behalf, she decided that she wanted another lawyer to represent her as the executrix and trustee as per her husbands wishes.  The second attorney met with Helen and agreed she in fact was to be the executrix and trustee and agreed to replace the first attorney and proceed to handle the estate as per her wishes and those of her deceased husband.

Helen was not comfortable with the first attorney because he had been retained on the advice of one of her sons , Thomas P Hauke, and she did not feel comfortable with the way the first meeting with him was conducted.  Soon before Rudolph died , it became known to Rudolph and Helen that their grandson Keenan Hauke of Samex Capital Partners in Indiana had stolen from them in a Ponzi scheme about $200,000., and about $7,000,000. in total from all investors. He is currently serving 10 years in a Federal Prison. What was disturbing to Rudolph and Helen is that their son Thomas P Hauke recommended this investment to them and also recommended the first attorney. The first attorney had nothing to do with the Ponzi scheme, but Helen was uncomfortable with the recommendation.  Helen found out after Rudolph’s death that her son Thomas P Hauke , a few years earlier, was himself convicted on charges from the Securities and Exchange Commission of fraud and sent to Prison, and had his New York CPA license suspended and his New Jersey CPA license revoked.  Thomas Hauke was also found to be operating as a Certified Public Accountant In Pennsylvania even though not licensed in that state. Originally, Helen and Rudolph had only their son Thomas P Hauke as backup executor and trustee , but later added a second son Gregory J Hauke.   It is Thomas P Hauke and Gregory J Hauke, with Anthony Colasanti as their attorney,  who fought their mother and other family members to get control of Rudolph’s Estate from Helen.   They tried to find their own mother “incapacitated”, and thank god, they were not successful.

However, they were successful in making the last months of Helen’s life miserable.  Family members and friends were prohibited from seeing Helen, she was secluded in her house with an unlicensed NJ Home Health Care Aid , no NJ CHHHA license, provided by Gregory J Hauke’s friend Michael Fliegler of Home Care Assistance in Red Bank, NJ. Michael Fliegler admits in certification’s submitted to the the Honorable Judge Patricia Del Bueno Cleary that his Home Health Care Aid is not licensed , as required, in NJ as a CHHHA.  What’s amazing is the Honorable Judge Cleary did not remove the aid knowing this and after having other family members complain about this and the way Helen was being treated, including without limitation, family members and friends not able to see Helen and the Home Care Assistance Aids not allowing the Oakhurst/Ocean Township Police in the house despite the wishes of Helen and other family members and friends.

We don’t want this to happen to anyone’s loved one.  The family of Helen made complaints to the Oakhurst/Ocean Township Police Department to which they were told this is a “civil matter” and they refused to take any further action.  Complaints made to the NJ Attorney General’s Office went unanswered.  Calls to the Adult Protective Services of Monmouth County went unanswered.  The Monmouth County Court system failed as well.

At present Gregory J Hauke is being investigated for theft from another family member and from the estate of Helen Pecci Hauke by the Monmouth County Prosecutors Office, Freehold NJ.  Please note that all persons, including Gregory J Hauke, are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law.

Watch for further postings which will take the reader one step at a time , and you will see the above unfold before your own eyes.  The reader of this blog will have to each make their own conclusion.  If this sad story has every reader open their eyes as to what can happen even when you think you have everything covered, we are satisfied.  Better yet that every reader take the necessary steps to correct the wrongs , as they see them. We will present the facts, and each reader will have to determine what they can or will do about elder abuse.

This site will provide, as available,  court filings, court transcripts, tape recordings, etc.
