Gregory Hauke | Tom Hauke Lock Mother In House | Do Not Allow Visitors | Home Care Assistance | Red Bank | NJ | Aids Assist

Gegory Hauke and Tom Hauke lock Mom in house and do not let her have visitors.  Michael Fliegler’s  Home Care Assistance in Red Bank, NJ Illegal Aids assist.

Gegory & Tom Hauke would put bars in the garage doors so that other family members with keys could not open the doors.  The garage was how everyone accessed the house.

When other family members went and knocked on the locked front door storm door the illegal aid’s from Michael Fliegler’s Home Care Assistance, Broad St., Red Bank, NJ   would not answer the door or answer the door and deny entry.  These were instructions given to them by Michael Fliegler , Tom Hauke and Gregory Hauke.  Many times they had Gregory Hauke and/or Tom Hauke on the phone instructing them to do this dirty deed. This was done even though Helen Hauke desperately wanted to see the other family members, even though other family members continually complained, even though Police came to the house, even though Gregory & Tom’s Attorney Anthony Colasanti was notified, even though Michael Fliegler of Home Care Assistance was notified, etc.  Denied the opportunity to visit with Helen were her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, siblings, nephews, nieces and friends.

Helen Hauke complains to other family members that her house is like “Fort Knox” and like living in”a jail”.  Yes,. Helen Hauke was imprisoned in her own home by Gregory Hauke and Tom Hauke and the illegal aids from Michael Fliegler and his company Home Care Assistance , Red Bank, NJ .

Don’t let this happen to anyone you know, or yourself.

PIck you executors, trustees, guardians, conservators, home care aids   very, very, very carefully.  Make sure that the home car aids are properly licensed.  On November 18, 2011 Gregory Hauke , Tom Hauke and Attorney Anthony Colasanti agreed to replace Home Care Assistance of Red Bank , NJ and the illegal aid so that Helen Hauke could live in her own house.  Even though they told the Honorable Patricia Del Bueno Cleary that they would replace the illegal aid, they never did.  The reason is that Home Care Assistance of Red Bank, NJ and it’s owner Michael Fliegler is a close friend of Gregory Hauke.

Honorable Judge Patricia Del Bueno Cleary Orders Gregory Hauke and Anthony Colasanti to allow Helen Hauke visits from loved ones

Gregory Hauke, Tom Hauke, illegal aids supplied by Home Care Assistance of Red Bank, NJ , and  Michael Fliegler a close friend of Gregory Hauke and the owner of Home Care Assistance , Red Bank, NJ took it upon themselves to prevent all other close family members of Helen Hauke from visiting her.   Soon after Helen’s husband died in October , 2011 the above individuals and business did , for no legitimate reason at all, prevent anyone but themselves access to Helen Hauke.  Even though Helen Hauke repeatedly asked and desperately wanted to see other family members and loved ones.

The other family members had to go to Court to force Gregory Hauke and Tom Hauke to stop denying access to Helen Hauke.  The tactics used by Gregory Hauke and Tom Hauke were to call the Ocean Township, Oakhurst, NJ Police Department and make false accusations and give false information to the Police against the other family members.  Examples are false reports that there existed “restraining orders” and “court orders” preventing the visiting, even though they knew that the information they were giving to the Police was absolutely not true.  Tom Hauke and Gregory Hauke enlisted the aid of Michael Fliegler and his illegally supplied aids from Home Care Assistance In Red Bank, NJ to facilitate their scheme.  They instructed the illegal aids to not open the door for anyone other than themselves, even when the Police came to the house and even when Helen Hauke demanded and pleaded that the aid open the door

Gregory Hauke and Tom Hauke used these same tactics when Helen Hauke was in hospitals, nursing homes, and rehabilitation facilities on various dates between October, 2011 and her untimely death on March 27, 2012.

Who were being denied seeing Helen Hauke?  Her other children, her siblings, her grandchildren, her great grandchildren , and her close friends.

The other family members were forced to hire a lawyer and appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Patricia Del Bueno Cleary, Superior Court Judge, Monmouth County, NJ to get an order to visit Helen Hauke; their mother, sister, grandmother, great grandmother , and friend.

Thanks to the ruling of the Honorable Patricia Del Bueno Cleary, Monmouth County Superior Court, on March 9, 2012 everyone , not just Tom Hauke and Gregory Hauke , were given by court order visitation. The Honorable Judge Cleary knowing that a written order would take some time to complete, very sternly ordered Gregory Hauke and his lawyer Anthony Colasanti to immediately notify everyone where Gregory Hauke and Tom Hauke had improperly restricted visitation that visitation should not be restricted by Gregory Hauke and Tom Hauke.  Click her for live video.    As the family members were thankful to the Honorable Judge Patricia Del Bueno Cleary, it was too little too late.  Helen Hauke , unknown to other family members, had a massive heart attack on Valentine’s day Feb. 14, 2012 and on March 9, 2012 she was on her deathbed at a local Meridian Health Care Facility.   Tom Hauke and Gregory Hauke did not make this information available to the other family members.  Thanks to the Honorable Judge Patricia Del Bueno Cleary’s demanding to know where Helen Hauke was , other family members finally found out.  Helen Hauke died March 27, 2012.

Let’s all work together to stop this from happening to anyone’s loved one.

Gregory Hauke | Tom Hauke | Anthony Colasanti | Do Not Keep Court Agreement To Replace Home Care Assistance | Upset Helen Hauke

Helen Hauke tells family members she wants Bonnie Mitchell from Home Care Assistance replaced on December 20, 2011 and that she wants to live in a Senior Home near her sister in Spring Lake Heights where she would not need a Live In Aid, and again on December 21, 2011 she tells them to replace Bonnie Mitchell in her home with a licensed Aid from Meridian.  She also says that she wants to be the executor of her late husbands estate and tells other family members to go to court and fight on her behalf, which they do.

Gregory Hauke, Tom Hauke and their lawyer Anthony Colasanti agreed in Court on November 18, 2011 to replace Bonnie Mitchell and Home Care Assistance of Red Bank, NJ.  The replacement was an agreement reached between all family members and the lawyers for Helen Hauke for her to return to her own home from where she was staying with a family member.

Gregory Hauke , Tom Hauke and Anthony Colasanti continue to fight against Helen’s wishes to be the executor of her late husbands estate, contrary to her wishes. They keep Helen Hauke from coming to court n the future, so that she cannot tell the Honorable Judge Patricia Del Bueno Cleary her desires and how she is being mistreated.

The agreement made in court on November 18, 2011 was not kept by Gregory Hauke, Tom Hauke or their lawyer Anthony Colasanti.  Home Care Assistance in Red Bank NJ is owned by Michael Fliegler , a close friend of Gregory Hauke.  Helen Hauke was locked in her house and the unlicensed aid, Bonnie Mitchell, from Home Care Assistance in Red Bank , NJ was more of a prison guard and enforcer for Gregory Hauke and Tom Hauke .

Also, for months she had been requesting to move to a Senior Living Facility in Spring Lake Heights , and Tom Hauke and Gregory Hauke have continually ignored her requests.

Home Care Assistance | Red Bank | Aid Lies | Does Not Let Helen’s Sister In To Visit | Says No One At Door

The Home Care Assistance of Red Bank, NJ illegal aid , Bonnie Mitchell, lies to Helen Hauke on December 7, 2011 when Helen’s only surviving sibling comes to visit.  Bonnie Mitchell tells Helen Hauke that no one is at door, when in fact it’s Helen’s sister and her son coming to check on Helen after they were not able to reach Helen by phone for days.  Phone at Helen’s house was always off the hook, resulting in constant busy signals.  Helen’s sister is turned away by Bonnie Mitchell and told by her to get a lawyer if she wants to see her sister.

Helen complains to other family members on Dec. 8, 2011 when she finds out.  To hear Helen complain click here.

Helen was able to talk to her sister the next day when family members were able to gain access to the house and called Helen’s sister for her to talk with.

Helen Hauke Says Gregory Hauke Makes Her Home Like Jail & Creates Fire Hazard

After all family members agreed to have Helen Hauke return to her home on November 18, 2011 after staying with a family member because of problems with the illegal live in aid from Home Care Assistance in Red Bank, and problems with family members, namely Greg and Tom Hauke “not treating” her right, problems continued.

Helen Hauke complained on November 19, 2011 to other family members that the treatment was now worse than before and that the illegal live in aid from Home Care Assistance was not being replaced as promised in Court on November 18, 2011.

Helen Hauke complained to other family members on November 22, 2011 that Gregory Hauke had made her house like a “Jail” and that he had made the home like “Fort Knox”  by barring the doors, creating a fire hazard for her.

Bonnie Mitchell, the illegal aid from Home Care Assistance in Red Bank admits to other family members on Dec. 9, 2011 that Gregory Hauke still puts bars in doors.

Home Care Assistance | Bonnie Mitchell | Gregory Hauke | Tom Hauke | Michael Fliegler | Prevent | Helen Hauke | Doctors Appointment

On December 5, 2011 Helen Pecci Hauke had a pre scheduled appointment with her Doctor in Sea Girt, NJ.  This Doctor had been her Doctor of choice, for many years.

When family members arrived to pick her up at her house and take her to the Doctor’s appointment, Gregory Hauke, Tom Hauke, Home Care Assistance of Red Bank, their supplied unlicensed home care aid Bonnie Mitchell, and Attorney Anthony Colasanti all tried to stop Helen from going to her scheduled appointment.

it was common knowledge that the illegal live in aid  Bonnie Mitchell, from Home Care Assistance of Red Bank, was acting more like a prison guard than a care giver.  She would call Gregory Hauke and/or Tom Hauke every time some other family member, other than Gregory or Tom, wanted to see Helen Hauke.  She would then not answer the door even though Helen Hauke wanted to have the door opened for the visitors.  This improper , and possibly illegal, activity was condoned by Home Care Assistance and the owner Michael Fliegler.  After all Michael Fliegler and Gregory Hauke are close friends.  We also question why Helen Hauke was paying twice as much for this illegal aid than a more qualified and properly licensed aid could have been hired for.

On this day the Oakhurst Police were called.  Thanks to them, Helen was able to make her Doctor’s appointment . The other family members had to get a Police Escort off the property while Michael Fliegler of Home Care Assistance of Red Bank tried to block Helen’s car from leaving the driveway with his car. He then stood in the driveway with the illegal live in aid, supplied by his company Home Care Assistance of Red Bank, NJ. , as Helen’s car left the property with the Oakhurst Police overseeing the exit. Michael Fliegler admitted to the other family members before they left with Helen that he was sent there by Gregory and Tom Hauke to prevent Helen Hauke from going to the Doctor appointment .

The Oakhurt Police Department and the responding officers should be commended for coming to the house , accessing the situation , waiting for Helen Hauke to get ready and then staying on the property so that Helen Hauke could make a safe exit and go to her Doctors’s appointment.  They also gained entry into the house even though the illegal home car aid from Home Care Assistance in Red Bank, NJ refused to open the door for them.   Michael Fliegler of Home Care Assistance condoned such improper, possibly illegal, activity.

While making their assessment the Oakhurst Police Officers were lied to continuously by Bonnie Mitchell of Home Care Assistance, Gregory Hauke, and mis led by Amy Stewart of Adult Protective Services.  Amy Stewart of Adult Protective Services did previously investigate false claims against family members of Helen Hauke, by Tom Hauke and Gregory Hauke, and the investigation found no truth to them.  Helen’s only surviving sibling , as well as other family members, had talked to Amy Stewart and explained how Tom Hauke and Gregory Hauke and the illegal live aid from Home Care Assistance were keeping family members, other than Tom Hauke and Gregory Hauke, from visiting Helen against her will.  Adult Protective Services took no action, and did not investigate these concerns expressed by other family members against Tom and Gregory  Hauke. Amy Stewart’s answer was to get in touch with the lawyers in the civil disputes.  We feel Amy Stewart of Adult Protective Services had a duty to investigate and prosecute if warranted, and she did not even after other family members complained.  As a matter of fact , the other family members complained to her supervisor in Long Branch, NJ and did not even get a return phone call.

It was common practice for Gregory and Tom Hauke to lie to the Oakhurst, NJ Police and say, each time another family member wanted to visit Helen Hauke, that there was a court order or a restraining order in place to prevent the visiting. THERE WAS NEVER A COURT ORDER OR A RESTRAINING ORDER BARRING ANY FAMILY MEMBERS OR FRIENDS OF HELEN HAUKE FROM VISITING HER. Gregory and Tom Hauke continually lied to the Police and made false reports.

On this day Gregory Hauke lied to the Oakhurst Police and told them again that there was a court order prohibiting other family members from taking Helen from her house. The police asked Gregory Hauke to produce such a court order and he was unable to do so, because there was no such court order.

Bonnie Mitchell, the illegal live in aid supplied by Gregory Hauke’s friend Michael Fliegler the owner of Home Care Assistance in Red Bank, NJ also lied to the Oakhurst Police and told them that there was a court order in place preventing other family members from taking Helen to the Doctor.  This was totally untrue and was eventually proven incorrect and a lie, by the other family members. The illegal live in aid from Home Care Assistance was just repeating what she had been erroneously told by Gregory and Tom Hauke.  She was being untruthful at their urging.  Her and Home Care Assistance’s integrity had been greatly diminished and they and she should have been immediately dismissed.  Remember , that on Nov. 18, 2011  in court Gregory and Tom Hauke promised to replace Bonnie Mitchell and Home Care Assistance.  Regretably, this never happened and Helen Hauke and her family and friends had to endure this harsh treatment as Gregory and Tom Hauke and Home Care Assistance plotted to imprison Helen in her own home.

Please read the Oakhurst Police Department Report to this incident by clicking here.

We would like to commend JJ Uliano Esq. for protecting Helen Hauke and other family members rights, as reported in the above Oakhurst Police Report.

We must all work to prevent Elder Abuse.
