On December 5, 2011 Helen Pecci Hauke had a pre scheduled appointment with her Doctor in Sea Girt, NJ. This Doctor had been her Doctor of choice, for many years.
When family members arrived to pick her up at her house and take her to the Doctor’s appointment, Gregory Hauke, Tom Hauke, Home Care Assistance of Red Bank, their supplied unlicensed home care aid Bonnie Mitchell, and Attorney Anthony Colasanti all tried to stop Helen from going to her scheduled appointment.
it was common knowledge that the illegal live in aid Bonnie Mitchell, from Home Care Assistance of Red Bank, was acting more like a prison guard than a care giver. She would call Gregory Hauke and/or Tom Hauke every time some other family member, other than Gregory or Tom, wanted to see Helen Hauke. She would then not answer the door even though Helen Hauke wanted to have the door opened for the visitors. This improper , and possibly illegal, activity was condoned by Home Care Assistance and the owner Michael Fliegler. After all Michael Fliegler and Gregory Hauke are close friends. We also question why Helen Hauke was paying twice as much for this illegal aid than a more qualified and properly licensed aid could have been hired for.
On this day the Oakhurst Police were called. Thanks to them, Helen was able to make her Doctor’s appointment . The other family members had to get a Police Escort off the property while Michael Fliegler of Home Care Assistance of Red Bank tried to block Helen’s car from leaving the driveway with his car. He then stood in the driveway with the illegal live in aid, supplied by his company Home Care Assistance of Red Bank, NJ. , as Helen’s car left the property with the Oakhurst Police overseeing the exit. Michael Fliegler admitted to the other family members before they left with Helen that he was sent there by Gregory and Tom Hauke to prevent Helen Hauke from going to the Doctor appointment .
The Oakhurt Police Department and the responding officers should be commended for coming to the house , accessing the situation , waiting for Helen Hauke to get ready and then staying on the property so that Helen Hauke could make a safe exit and go to her Doctors’s appointment. They also gained entry into the house even though the illegal home car aid from Home Care Assistance in Red Bank, NJ refused to open the door for them. Michael Fliegler of Home Care Assistance condoned such improper, possibly illegal, activity.
While making their assessment the Oakhurst Police Officers were lied to continuously by Bonnie Mitchell of Home Care Assistance, Gregory Hauke, and mis led by Amy Stewart of Adult Protective Services. Amy Stewart of Adult Protective Services did previously investigate false claims against family members of Helen Hauke, by Tom Hauke and Gregory Hauke, and the investigation found no truth to them. Helen’s only surviving sibling , as well as other family members, had talked to Amy Stewart and explained how Tom Hauke and Gregory Hauke and the illegal live aid from Home Care Assistance were keeping family members, other than Tom Hauke and Gregory Hauke, from visiting Helen against her will. Adult Protective Services took no action, and did not investigate these concerns expressed by other family members against Tom and Gregory Hauke. Amy Stewart’s answer was to get in touch with the lawyers in the civil disputes. We feel Amy Stewart of Adult Protective Services had a duty to investigate and prosecute if warranted, and she did not even after other family members complained. As a matter of fact , the other family members complained to her supervisor in Long Branch, NJ and did not even get a return phone call.
It was common practice for Gregory and Tom Hauke to lie to the Oakhurst, NJ Police and say, each time another family member wanted to visit Helen Hauke, that there was a court order or a restraining order in place to prevent the visiting. THERE WAS NEVER A COURT ORDER OR A RESTRAINING ORDER BARRING ANY FAMILY MEMBERS OR FRIENDS OF HELEN HAUKE FROM VISITING HER. Gregory and Tom Hauke continually lied to the Police and made false reports.
On this day Gregory Hauke lied to the Oakhurst Police and told them again that there was a court order prohibiting other family members from taking Helen from her house. The police asked Gregory Hauke to produce such a court order and he was unable to do so, because there was no such court order.
Bonnie Mitchell, the illegal live in aid supplied by Gregory Hauke’s friend Michael Fliegler the owner of Home Care Assistance in Red Bank, NJ also lied to the Oakhurst Police and told them that there was a court order in place preventing other family members from taking Helen to the Doctor. This was totally untrue and was eventually proven incorrect and a lie, by the other family members. The illegal live in aid from Home Care Assistance was just repeating what she had been erroneously told by Gregory and Tom Hauke. She was being untruthful at their urging. Her and Home Care Assistance’s integrity had been greatly diminished and they and she should have been immediately dismissed. Remember , that on Nov. 18, 2011 in court Gregory and Tom Hauke promised to replace Bonnie Mitchell and Home Care Assistance. Regretably, this never happened and Helen Hauke and her family and friends had to endure this harsh treatment as Gregory and Tom Hauke and Home Care Assistance plotted to imprison Helen in her own home.
