Gregory Hauke, Tom Hauke, illegal aids supplied by Home Care Assistance of Red Bank, NJ , and Michael Fliegler a close friend of Gregory Hauke and the owner of Home Care Assistance , Red Bank, NJ took it upon themselves to prevent all other close family members of Helen Hauke from visiting her. Soon after Helen’s husband died in October , 2011 the above individuals and business did , for no legitimate reason at all, prevent anyone but themselves access to Helen Hauke. Even though Helen Hauke repeatedly asked and desperately wanted to see other family members and loved ones.
The other family members had to go to Court to force Gregory Hauke and Tom Hauke to stop denying access to Helen Hauke. The tactics used by Gregory Hauke and Tom Hauke were to call the Ocean Township, Oakhurst, NJ Police Department and make false accusations and give false information to the Police against the other family members. Examples are false reports that there existed “restraining orders” and “court orders” preventing the visiting, even though they knew that the information they were giving to the Police was absolutely not true. Tom Hauke and Gregory Hauke enlisted the aid of Michael Fliegler and his illegally supplied aids from Home Care Assistance In Red Bank, NJ to facilitate their scheme. They instructed the illegal aids to not open the door for anyone other than themselves, even when the Police came to the house and even when Helen Hauke demanded and pleaded that the aid open the door
Gregory Hauke and Tom Hauke used these same tactics when Helen Hauke was in hospitals, nursing homes, and rehabilitation facilities on various dates between October, 2011 and her untimely death on March 27, 2012.
Who were being denied seeing Helen Hauke? Her other children, her siblings, her grandchildren, her great grandchildren , and her close friends.
The other family members were forced to hire a lawyer and appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Patricia Del Bueno Cleary, Superior Court Judge, Monmouth County, NJ to get an order to visit Helen Hauke; their mother, sister, grandmother, great grandmother , and friend.
Thanks to the ruling of the Honorable Patricia Del Bueno Cleary, Monmouth County Superior Court, on March 9, 2012 everyone , not just Tom Hauke and Gregory Hauke , were given by court order visitation. The Honorable Judge Cleary knowing that a written order would take some time to complete, very sternly ordered Gregory Hauke and his lawyer Anthony Colasanti to immediately notify everyone where Gregory Hauke and Tom Hauke had improperly restricted visitation that visitation should not be restricted by Gregory Hauke and Tom Hauke. Click her for live video. As the family members were thankful to the Honorable Judge Patricia Del Bueno Cleary, it was too little too late. Helen Hauke , unknown to other family members, had a massive heart attack on Valentine’s day Feb. 14, 2012 and on March 9, 2012 she was on her deathbed at a local Meridian Health Care Facility. Tom Hauke and Gregory Hauke did not make this information available to the other family members. Thanks to the Honorable Judge Patricia Del Bueno Cleary’s demanding to know where Helen Hauke was , other family members finally found out. Helen Hauke died March 27, 2012.
Let’s all work together to stop this from happening to anyone’s loved one.
